WONDER FAIR’S CONVENTION-DEFYING ALL-FEMALE MULTIMEDIA ART FAIR DEBUTS AT ART BASEL MIAMI 2018

New York artist collective Wonder Fair opens HERE AND NOW, an interactive, experiential multimedia art fair featuring 40+ female artists and live performers at the Anatomy Loft Building in Midtown during Art Basel Miami.

December 6-9 2018, Wonder Fair, in partnership with Whitewall Magazine, Love Medicine & the Vagabond Group, presents HERE AND NOW—a unique, emerging art fair experience expanding across 12,000 square feet of the brand new Anatomy Building at 3415 Northeast 2nd Ave, Miami, 33137.

FEASTOFTHECIRCEANS_FLYER_web
Curated by renowned artists Lena Viddo and Erica Simone, HERE AND NOW comprises over 40 international female artists exhibiting multimedia works ranging from photography, painting, mixed media, live painting, virtual reality, performance art, poetry, live music, inspirational talks, wellness activations, video and sculpture.

Positioned at the nexus of art, politics and mysticism, HERE AND NOW reflects on our fraying and destructive socio-political order and posits a feminine point of view to these challenging times and more. Moving beyond the traditional white box gallery model, Wonder Fair breaks the rules, presenting a completely fresh and rebellious experience that incorporates a wide variety of artistic mediums and performances created by a diverse female artist collective. HERE AND NOW brings together a passionate community of female artists, giving them a voice to creatively express their perspective at a critical time in our society.
