Speak Your Soul!

Scenes From Our Young Marriage 6

Never has the term “Speak Your Soul” been so relevant than today. Our current political climate and divine community needs and deserves a safe platform where we can discuss and celebrate our similarities vs. our differences. Our SWAN Community Program will be the perfect antidote for that!

Besides our open mic, performances by our talented alumni DJs, our talented alumni poets and various arts interactive activities, the most compelling activity will be our “Freedom of Speech”

We invite all of our guests, regardless of their political views, gender, sexual orientation, or religion to have 60 seconds free of judgement and uninterrupted speech.  Performing artist and actress Monica Lynne, whose recent film credits include SCENES FROM OUR YOUNG MARRIAGE, a made-in-Miami short, will compassionately listen to participants vent about whatever issue they currently are worried about. This activity was inspired and is homage to Marina Abramovic “The Artist Is Present”.

Join us! Speak Your Soul! Be Heard!
